REFUND POLICY

At Play Bae Cafe, we strive to provide the best possible experience for every guest. All food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once the order has been prepared and served.

Reservations and event bookings may require an advance payment to confirm your slot. Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, requests for rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of Play Bae Cafe, subject to availability.

If an order is cancelled before preparation begins, a refund may be processed after review. In the event of a duplicate payment or an incorrect charge, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you experience any issues with your order or booking, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and ensure a satisfactory experience.
